Your Child’s First Visit
We know that children may be scared of the dentist, and that’s why Dr. Pioch takes the time to get to know your child so he or she will feel comfortable here. We provide all types of dental services for children to ensure they have a big smile both now and when they grow into adulthood.
When your child comes in for his or her first appointment, we will look over their teeth and provide a thorough exam. Their teeth will be cleaned, and you will have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Pioch to address any dental concerns you have for your child.
Your First Appointment With Us
When you come in for your first adult dental appointment with us, plan to be here for about one and half hours. Your appointment will start with an exam, consultation, and X-rays. Once we have a better idea of what is going on in your mouth, we will then take intraoral pictures and perform an oral cancer screening, which includes the head and neck. Once the screening is done, your teeth will be cleaned to prevent gingivitis and decay. You’ll then have the opportunity to meet Dr. Pioch for a thorough exam.
