At Pioneer Dental Group in Oregon City, OR, we love helping people realize their best smiles. We offer a broad array of cosmetic dentistry services that can give you the smile you’ve always dreamed of.

What many people don’t realize, though, is that the foundation of a great smile is the health of your teeth and gums. There’s no point in placing a dental veneer on a decayed tooth, for instance, or whitening your teeth if your gums are bleeding. That’s why we also offer the full range of restorative dental services to make your mouth as healthy as it can be and your teeth strong.

Our Cosmetic Dental Services

Teeth Whitening Services

Teeth become dingy and/or discolored for a number of reasons. Certain beverages like coffee, tea, and colored soda can stain and darken your teeth. Smoking or using any other form of tobacco can yellow your teeth. And teeth tend to darken as we get older.

Discolored teeth are a social embarrassment and can even make you look older. If you’re tired of not having “pearly whites” to flash when you smile, contact Pioneer Dental Group. We have in-office and at-home whitening plans that will deliver results that are much superior to the results you can get from over-the-counter whitening agents. And, our products are safe for sensitive teeth!

Dental Bonding

Minor flaws in your smile can still have a major impact on your self-esteem and willingness to smile. Cracks, chips, minor gaps, or defects in the tooth enamel can be quickly and easily treated by by dental bonding. Dr. Pioch will mix a composite resin to perfectly match the shade of your teeth and then apply the resin to cover those unsightly flaws. Once the resin is smoothed and polished, the repairs are invisible!  Dental bonding is a quick and completely painless procedure. Several repairs can often be completed during one session.

Dental Veneers

If you’ve ever wanted a “Hollywood smile,” dental veneers are for you! Veneers are very thin porcelain shells that cover cracks, chips, and stains. Veneers can even hide smaller gaps, uneven teeth, or crooked teeth! Veneers are created to match the color of your existing teeth, so you can make one tooth look gorgeous again or have a completely new smile!

Dr. Pioch offers both traditional veneers and prepless veneers. With traditional veneers, a very slight portion of the front enamel is removed to allow the veneer to sit on the tooth and still look completely natural. Prepless veneers don’t require the enamel to be removed. Either way, you’ll love Dr. Pioch’s artistry with your new dental veneers!

Gum Reshaping and Gummy Smile Treatments

A beautiful smile needs the right balance of teeth and gums. If your smile is showing too much gum, count on Dr. Pioch to adjust your gum line so that you can have the smile you’ve always wanted!

Teeth Contouring and Crown Lengthening

If one or more of your teeth looks a bit too long, Dr. Pioch can contour it for maximum “Wow!” factor by removing a small amount of your tooth enamel. Or if not enough of your tooth is exposed, Dr. Pioch can make a small adjustment to your gum line so that it appears longer to better match your other teeth.

Smile Makeover

If you’ve ever despaired of having a gorgeous smile, take heart! Smile Makeover combines a number of cosmetic dentistry services to give you a smile you’ll be proud to show.

Depending on your particular needs, Dr. Pioch will perform multiple procedures – dental veneers, dental bonding, teeth whitening, and so on – to perfect your smile. Restorative services will be performed if needed. And, you can view a physical mold of what your new smile will look like!
